   Its been difficult going cold turkey, but I'm noticing more frequent and longer moments of reprieve from cravings and symptoms.  One day at a time, we can do this!

   You definitely can do this, 10 days is proof. I must say, usually those beginning days are the toughest to get through too, so I hope you are proud. Cold turkey too!

   Way to go!!!  10 days smoke free is awesome.  And you are right.  It will get easier and easier as the days go on.  You won't crave as often and when you do, your cravings won't be as strong.

   Thanks everyone for the support.  Currently on day 15 and it' getting easier, still have a few rough patches but they are not as long in duration or intense.  Progress!
