Hi saintjohnquitter506,
You have nothing to feel ashamed about. If quitting were easy, I think most people would have quit by now. Unfortunately, this is one tough addiction to beat. And I think most of us have tried and slipped, usually numerous times. Quitting is a learning process, and it's hard to get it right the first time, especially because you have to deal with those awful, powerful cravings. I remember I only made it to the evening of Day 2 before I lit up. I was devastated by the pain I was going through, and knew I had to regroup before trying again.
The most important thing is that you are still committed to quit, and are going to give it another shot. Try to learn from your slip. Think about what triggered you, and maybe that will help you when you try again. And believe in yourself. You really can do it.
