   Hello everyone,
   
   We will be deploying a very slight update to the SmokersHelpline.ca system on Thursday morning which will result in an outage of up to an hour starting at 8:00 am.
   
   This update is largely to address necessary system updates and very minor fixes. We are still working to understand the nature of our slowdown issues and do not have a solution at this time. Larger feature upgrades will be a few months down the road as we work to allocate budget and staff and vendor availability. As always, please post in the Suggestions and Tech Issues forum if you encounter any odd behaviour or have an idea for future improvements.
   
   Thank you for your patience and sorry for this temporary disruption.

   And we are back up and running after an 18 minute outage.
   
   All signs point to a smooth update, but if you experience any odd behaviour not currently noted in the Technical Issues Forum, please let us know by posting there or by using the Contact Us form.
