   Hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and were wble to maintain there quit. It has been brutally cold this last week or so and I jusst realized how grateful I am to have quit smoking. No more freezing my tush for a fix.

   I am glad you stayed smoke free this holiday.  And I agree with you.  It is brutally cold outside, and now I don't have to worry about going out and freezing, either.  How nice, eh?

   I’m happy for you that you stayed smoke free throughout Christmas and holidays.  And yes, it is so great that we do not have to go in the freezing cold anymore to smoke.    We need to be grateful for the increased energy we have: the improved self-image and the absence of embarrassment.
