   Hi Everyone
   
   I was away for a wile! Mad with my quit! I am still smoke free! Not thinking in smoking at all! But I can not stay with out support, still using the Mist! when I need it!
   
   Stay strong, remember your reason WHY YOU WANT TO QUIT! and keep thinking in positive!
