Thanks atp for the words of encouragement, it means a lot! I chuckle to hear that other people are also checking this site at crazy times in the night. I tend to think I am the only one, and its nice to know I am not alone in this roller coaster journey of quitting smoking!! I do feel so much better physically, but emotionally is taking longer. I catch myself feeling sad when I see people smoke, and have to mentally turn that negative into a positive thought. Isn't that something, as there are so many good things about quitting, like being be able to breathe easier, feeling proud to be a non smoker, more energy and Money!! Just proves once again how strong this addiction can be. So we have had to learn how to be stronger. I didn't really think I had enough willpower to see this through, so I just had to keep pushing myself ahead one day, sometimes one hour at a time. The 4 Ds helped a lot and SHL too. I remember when you joined also, and thats coming right up, I am as excited for you and anyone else standing up to this addiction! I read a post a while ago that said we are a courageous bunch, and I wholeheartedly agree. We can do this!!
