   Cigerettes are there for you they are the only thing you can rely on cuz if you need them just buy them they will be there for you nothing else is. 
   Thats my rants 6 months having a craving. Hard time

   Hi Chartippybum,
   
   Even though you're having an intense craving and a hard time you're still coming here to rant about it. Thank you for that!
   
   Hopefully sometimes a rant on SHL.ca or to a friend can be enough to get you through. And hopefully other times you are strong enough to persevere by relying on no one and nothing other than yourself, your skills, and your reasons for quitting.  
   
   One last thought: if you truly believe that "cigarettes are the only thing you can rely on," it can make it that much harder to quit for good. It can sometimes help to examine such thoughts and think about how true they are, and how helpful they are (or aren't!) for quitting smoking ....

   Its not a helpful thought. I just feel vivtiumized in my life right now. I dont know how smoking will help but its my turn too.

   That is so true, is our head, mind everywhere! but, we have learned how to distract our self from that moment,
   
   Better choices!
   And Focus in our rezone to quit!
   
   Had Helps me to stay on My quit! It was not easy, for sure I went down and up in seconds.
   Remembering that I had 30 percent of damage of smoking in my Lungs. Well I do not care where they are, I just want them Out of my Life!
   
   And enjoy every moment with out it! I am addicted to pure Air Now!
   
   You are wining the Battle, do not let it win!
