Hi Ocean,
How are you doing? I am soooo rooting for you. Withdrawal symptoms are hard to get through, but thankfully, they don't last forever. And the end result is so worth it.
I have such admiration for you, Ocean. You are a study in courage, and I applaud you. Hope you feel better soon. Once you conquer this horrible addiction, your life is going to change for the better. I am now a non-smoker, one year under my belt, and it just led to other positive changes in my life. I had forgotten that I matter, that my health matters, maybe because I knew I was throwing it away every moment of every day that I continued to smoke. Things are so different now, and I want to share the joy.
You have dealt with huge challenges, Ocean, and you came out on top. And you will continue to do so. No one is perfect, and you will have some problems, but oh well. We just have to face our problems as best we can. And I am rooting for you, because you are such a good person, and you deserve to live a smoke free life. You will feel so much better, and like brieffree says, you will be free! Hang tough, you can do it!
