    Hi Everyone

I had a super stressful day, almost go buy a pack, I was angry, anxious and almost out of mind. I did not want to smoke, all I WANTED WAS TO RUN FROM MY SELF!
However, I went to buy the Spray and ok. In control again.

    An other big Battle win!
    One day at the time!

    We can do this!

    Hi brieffree,

Good for you for staying strong and resisting temptation. You have worked too hard and come too far to blow it now.  Remember how bad your breathing was before you quit.  Didn't your doctor say you only had 30% capacity?  You have to remain a non-smoker because to do anything else would be a disaster.

You know, I still get physical cravings from time to time.  It drives me crazy.  But each time I get them, I say No, No, No.  I won't give in.  Because in my heart, I love being a non-smoker.  It has really changed my life for the better.

I am so happy you stayed strong and bought the spray instead.  Hang in there, brieffree.  You've got this.

    Hi brieffree,

Sorry to hear that you’ve been having a stressful day. I know the cravings can be tough sometimes. But you have come such a long way.

Keep using the spray as you need to.
Thank-you for sharing your story. It is inspiring to see how far you have come and continue to go.
