   Stick with it, quitting 2017.  It gets better, it really does.  I'm over 3 months in, and I've just truned a corner now.  The
    first three months are long, but you'll have happy surprises and many good days in between the tough days so you can get the momentum going.  I had to find lots of new things to do as well.  So open your heart and let this be a journey of self discovery.

   That's the spirit, quitting2017.  If at first you don't succeed, try and try again.  You can do this.  Be more stubborn than your addiction.
