So far you are doing great, congratulations on getting started. Exercise, warm showers and baths, colouring and deep breathing are other ways in getting through those cravings. The more variety the better as you won't likely get frustrated with things.
Sometimes in these early times it is 1 minute at a time! You will get through it.
