   Well, after about 50 years smoking with 2 quits in the past I intend to give it my all this time. Recently retired and my first grand child was born in 2017, here goes!

   Good for you for deciding to quit again.  What better motivation do you need than your first grand child?  It is so important to set a good example for our children.
   
   You have quit twice before, so you probably have a good idea of what's involved.  Come back and post often so we can cheer you on!
