    Wow, what a snow storm we had yesterday. So I'm taking my newly acquired breathing skills outside with gusto to repeatedly shovel my driveway and rear deck (for the dog). Could have used the snowblower but used the shovel. Ok, I pulled out the snow blower on the second round but it was a lot of snow...And, amazing how much faster I shoveled when not stopping for a smoke every 10 minutes because I was out of breath and needed a break. LOL.

    Was that you last night blowing all your snow into my driveway???????

    I was peeking out the windows every now and then last night and was so thankful I didn't have to be out there to feed a nicotine addiction.

    Regarding that! Is good to be Non Smoker!

    You know how I faith my mind not to fail wile I was working outside with the snow!
    After a wile, 1 HS, I feel so agitated, is awkward, I took a minute to catch my brief and continue.... The point is that if I did not quit! I an sure I will be serious ill!  
    I am so happy to be a Non Smoker!

    Way to go Brieffree.  Recognizing it coming, taking a break, and moving on.  A classic victory!!!

    Isn't it odd how as smokers we would reward physical activity by lighting a cigarette?

    I've had enough snow this past week to call it a winter.  I hope that little groundhog in Wiarton predicts an early spring!

    Fingers crossed that Spring is around the corner! 
    Another good point on the forum today: its truly a reward to stay inside where its warm - and smoke-free! And to notice the breathless is getting better pushing the snow around is an awesome bonus!
