    i feel pretty good about this. i am saying no a lot these days, changing some of the things i do. i have tea in then morning instead of coffee. even having herbal tea at night helps. deep breathing before bed. i have a mint after i eat. i also started exercising. gives me something else to do. onwards and upwards, one day at a time.

    Congratulations on being smoke free for 3 weeks! That is a significant milestone!

    Sounds like you have a solid quit plan in place for yourself and some strategies that are working well for you. You've been able to pinpoint those times in your day where you may be tempted and have addressed them with new activities. Way to go!
