   2 months quit and i plan on going even longer.. I have been keeping busy and changing my routine...Using lozenges this time but every now and then i have a mint candy...Lots of water and walking as well. NOPE NOPE NOPE..One day at a time.. I feel pretty good about this..

   Wow freedomchild, that is great!  Keep doing what you're doing, and the days will just fly by.
   
   NOPE is so motivating, isn't it?  As long as you never take that first puff, you will be a non-smoker forever.  And you are well on your way.  Congratulations!
