    I have the day off and beforeni would spend the whole day smoking. I had a dream i was smoking last night amd my cravings are really high. Im going to try to keep busy and NRT

    Hi!

    Dreams of smoking are really common. Sometimes they feel so real but thankfully char, it was just a dream and here you are a non-smoker. You have the right idea, busy and NRT! I hope you add some sort of treat or fun?

    and of course, come on here and share how you are feeling.

    Hi Char,

    My experience is that NRT lozenges and gum have saved me many times over these past six weeks as I continue to stay smoke free. I never seem to have enough hours in the day! I set up a daily "to do" list and get through a lot of it although there seems to be items carried over to the next day. As time has gone on, the cravings have become fewer and my reliance on NRT has pretty much waned away, so you have that to look forward to.

    Hi Char,
    Maybe you can cook a really tasty new recipe?  I find days off can be quite long too.  You're not alone here.

    Thank u all for your help. I am looking back on this post and i am thinking i got through that day i cant remember how but i did. Today is another strong craving day and i am running out of ideas. Maybe i will treat myself to something. Thank u for the support
